Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 - 2 working days from the date your order is despached.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?

All orders will be sent with a Tracked Signature Service to ensure safe delivery and will require a signature upon arrival at the nominated address.

If there is nobody at the address avaiable to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note stating the attempted delivery of items and your parcel will be held at the nearest sorting office where you can pick it up.

Returns:

All returns need to be posted to the following address along with your Order Slip also stating the reason for return and whether you wish to recieve a full refund or to exchange for another size.

Please note:

  • All items of clothing must be checked before use. Prima School of Ballet will not accept worn items of clothing unless a significant fault has quickly revealed itself after initial wear. 

  • All items much be returned in their original condition and packaging with any tags or labels still attached and untampered with within 28 days of invoice. The items must not have been washed or altered.

  • Return postage and price is the customer's responsibility. We advise all customers to use a 'Tracked' service and to obtain proof of postage as any lost returns will not be the responsibility of Prima School of Ballet.   

  • Refunds to credit/Debit cards will be issued within 20 days upon recieving the returned items.​ Refunds will only cover the cost of the items, they will not cover return costs - this is the customer's responsibility

We are unable to issue a retun if:

  • The item is Tights/ Hair Accesories/ other underwear. This is for reasons of hygiene 

  • The item has been marked or damaged in any way

  • Any label or tag has been removed or damaged inside the item

  • An item has been returned without any other accesories it originally came with

  • The date we recieve the item is later than 28 days after the invoice date

  • The item arrived without the Order Slip and stated reason for return
